Ok this time I will try harder

I know it's been over a year. A lot has happened in that time too. We have less pets (kind of) and more kids. One more to be exact. I got tired of using initials for names so that stops now and I will just use names. Here it goes my husbands name is Robert we have four kids. Micheal is 9, Graceann is 7, Gregory is 5, and Gabriella is 6 months. I still home school. It has gotten harder but that is my fault (kinda).
It's my fault that we have added more activities to our lives. It is NOT my fault that 3 kids are now in school. Well it could be my fault we did have them close together so ya I will take the blame.
They are all doing good in school. Michael and Graceann are reading well. Gregory is in Kindergarten and is just starting to read.
New topic- We have pets, lots of pets. Here is a list of these pets. one dog her name is Rory, FIVE cats!!!! Lug, Black Ninja, Sylvester, Puffy, and Cloe. Two fish tanks wit varies kinds of fish ( this changes) One rabbit and one guinea pig they live together and love each other. And last but not least one Turtle named Elmo the turtle is a girl but that is her name. My husband found her in a Gas mask in 1994 she was the size of a quarter now she is the size of a saucer.
Next time I will post the High lights of this past year and a few funny kid stories.

Finally My sister and the cousins are here. woohoo!!! My kids are so happy at least for a few days. Then the fighting will start. They all act like they are sibling sometimes. Now if the damn weather would cooperate and get to at least 75. You heard me right it is not June like weather it is cold like April or something. Okay nothing else to say.

Tumbledown

I went with my mom to a bar called Winterland tonight. We saw Tumbledown play. They are so much fun to watch and listen to. The lead singer Mike Herrera is in a well known band called MXPX. They will be playing again July 2nd at the Manette Saloon in East Bremerton. Gonna try to get some girlfriends together to go watch the show.

It's been awhile

So it's been awhile I know. School is almost finished I think I am more ready to be done then M is. He will be going into 2nd grade. That is exciting I never thought I would be able to teach someone how to read but here it is 2 years into home schooling and I have done it. The nice part is when he does read something and my Husband is around he tells me good job. I like that he is aware of how hard it is sometimes. Now on to the the next challenge. Come September there will be two in my "class room".
We have a fun and busy summer ahead of us. Camping trips, boy scout day camp, girl scout day camp, and what ever other adventure we can come up with. The best part is the cousins will be here and my sister. I finally told the kids today and they are so excited.
So I will try to do better on posting here. Can't make any promises but I will make an effort.

weekend

What a nice day. Just hanging with the family at home. Yesterday I had a booth at Long Lake Daz it was slow but fun. There was a bouncy house and the kids played on the playground with their friends. R was very helpful in set up and take down of my booth and my friends booth. I had fun talking to different people and hanging with a few of my mom friends.

On another note I am so ready to have another baby. Our youngest is 3 1/2. He would be 4 before a new one was born. M would be 7 1/2 and Big G would be 6 1/2. So now its time to convince the husband that this is a good idea.

We are busted!!

The kids are bad. Today they wouldn't stay out of the cars. First it was R's truck they climb in the back and go through the window. Then next thing I know my car alarm is going off.
Later M comes in while I'm folding clothes ( worst household job ever besides oven cleaning) and tells me that G and G are in my car again and got in by climbing in the sunroof. So I'm kinda mad and M is explaining the whole thing as we head to the car. While Big G heard him and says " G get out of the car, M busted us." This comment from and almost 5 yr old. Some times she says the most crazy things. Now its time to see if I can find a website for pickles. I'll save why for a later post.

School books

I know it's still summer, but as a homeschooler I have to get books now so they are shipped to me by September. G1 will be 5 in September so she will be in preshool but I have a phonics kindergarten curriculum from k12 and math from abeka. I ordered the math today. For M I have all k12 he is in 1st. I also got a health workbook from abeka for him. We just got his books today. Three big boxes it was like Christmas in July. I am excited about our new school year. But still thoroughly enjoying summer.
The weather forecast has me a little worried I don't deal well with high temps and they are talking 107 here on Wednesday. YIKES!!!
